El PCLG es convocado y facilitado por el IIED. El IIED funciona como Secretaria del Grupo, organizando y facilitando los eventos y actividades de aprendizaje en consulta con el Grupo y moderando las discusiones y otros intercambios de información dentro del Grupo.
